Hey girl hey...
Day #2
Look who's back. (It's not me, guess again).
Would you have ever thought that rad pink and periwinkle sunset scenery on my chest could jive so spectacularly with flaming cranberry and black on my feet?
Well it does and here's why: the deep red blazer acts as a transitional piece. I just made up the phrase "transitional piece," but it sounds full of knowledge, so let's roll with it in a "homies" sense.
On a side note, my outfit is also a great example of my eternal love for proportions: huge on top, streamlined and fitted on the bottom. In this photograph, I am practicing what I would do if confronted with an approaching basilisk.
We finished off today's photo shoot with a visit to our local convenience store. My main hang Virginia was behind the camera on this occasion, and besides being one of the coolest kids on the block, she also has a keen knack for facilitating new friendships between me and other humans. She is responsible for the above union, and for that I will always be grateful. (Also: is it just me or is his sweater the bomb.com?)
Stay tuned for more of THIS on day #3.
Isabel Marant "Kylie" pumps, Alice + Olivia sweater (here in camel), vintage St. John's blazer, Zara t-shirt (sold out online), Uniqlo jeans.

I, for one, know who will be my wedding photographer. Hint: he's pictured above
ReplyDeleteAnd hopefully he'll lend me the sweater too
